A. That depends on several factors, including your home’s size, the age of the people living there and the number of propane products you own. Our propane team makes it easy to switch and will help you choose the right tank size.

Q. Why don’t you fill a propane tank to 100%?
A. Like water, propane expands when heat is added to it — but its volume increases 17 times more than water does at the same temperature. Propane companies only fill tanks to 80% to allow for this volume fluctuation.
