Like many of you, our team has struggled to do our jobs throughout the pandemic. A lot our staff missed time from work because of COVID-19 challenges that affected their families. We continue to follow CDC-recommended guidelines for the safety of everyone, including our customers.
If we had to postpone your heating tune-up or you had a no-heat situation where our response was slower than usual, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Avoiding service delays is one reason we recommend getting your heating maintenance service done over the spring or summer, when we’re not facing no-heat emergencies.
As more people get vaccinated and restrictions slowly ease, we’re hoping to get back to business as usual soon, and continue to provide the prompt service we’ve always been so proud to deliver for you.
