With an eye on future needs, we partner with technical schools in the area to provide training programs so that we can continue to attract talented, committed individuals to our company. With supply chain issues affecting most industries, we’re working hard to ensure that we have an ample supply of fuel and materials necessary to take care of our customers this winter. We have our own storage facilities, so we have a “cushion” with fuel supply and our stockrooms are filled to the brim with replacement parts.

Q: How can I make sure I always have enough fuel in my tank?

A: We recommend that you contact us to set up our free automatic delivery service so that you never have to call us when your tank is running low —or, even worse, you run out of fuel.

Our team carefully tracks daily outdoor temperatures, and that allows us to reliably estimate your heating fuel usage. With this system, we can easily dispatch a truck to make deliveries at the most appropriate time.

If you still prefer to call for your fuel, please allow extra time when weather conditions are difficult. It’s best to call us when your tank level gets down to about a quarter full.

Another important thing you can do is to keep a clear path to your tank and keep your driveway clear of snow and ice. This prevents your deliveries from being postponed because our drivers cannot access your property.
